Get plenty of proper rest each day. 7-8 hours between the hours of 10pm-6am is best.  Our immune system can’t do its job when we’re fatigued. Stay well hydrated with 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day.  Start your day with a glass of water with 1/2 lemon squeezed into it.  The vitamin C provided an immunity boost AND supports liver detoxification.
