IRCC invites 7,000 candidates in a new draw held on March 29, 2023 WWICS Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued invitations to 7,000 candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 481 for all the categories on March 29th, 2023. Today’s draw had the lowest CRS score requirement for an all-program draw since the December 23, 2020 Express Entry draw (back then, the score was 468).
