Salary expectations in the Bay? If someone has been in the field of graphic design over ten years, won awards, has experience building websites, product design, logos, some UX and UI… What should salary expectations be given that the COL in the Bay Area is extremely high? Currently they work remotely for a company on the east coast, making 90k. This has potential to go up to 105-110k. But with a family and HCOL area, doesn’t seem enough. Hey! I'm reaching out for some creative input for a special project I'm working on for my parents' coffee shop. We're a small establishment that occasionally hosts intimate wine tasting (up to 15 people at a time).
