To celebrate Vaisakhi, we’ve collaborated with visual artist Jag Nagra to create an art-wrapped bus. The colourful bus will be seen around the region to mark Vaisakhi festivities! About the design: It takes inspiration from the artistry of Rumala Sahibs — the ornately embroidered fabrics found in Sikh Gurdwaras. The unique wrapped bus is covered in bright orange and blue, the traditional colours of Sikhism, and also features a vibrant floral pattern. The annual Vaisakhi parade is nothing short of colour and festivities as the South Asian community celebrates one of the most important festivals in the Sikh calendar! Do you ride the Canada Line to, from, or between Bridgeport, Aberdeen, Lansdowne, and Richmond–Brighouse stations after 9:30 p.m.? If so, read on! Starting April 8 until May 24, Monday through Friday, SkyTrain service at these stations end at 9:30 p.m. Extra buses will operate in its place until the end of service at 1:35 a.m.  Here’s what you need to know: Canada Line customers will change to a bus after 9:30 p.m. The buses will operate up to every 10 minutes. Starting April 15, as part of Spring Service Changes, we’re bringing back seasonal service on 13 routes around Metro Vancouver that take you to the great outdoors. Heads up! There will be reduced Expo Line service in downtown Vancouver on Saturday, Mar. 30 so we can complete track maintenance. Who’s affected: Customers who ride the SkyTrain’s Expo Line in downtown Vancouver. Millennium Line and Canada Line customers are not affected. What do I need to do: During track maintenance, there will be longer than usual waits. Customers should plan for up to an additional 20 minutes of travel time.
