It's a fun one for sure! It's based on the Three Musketeers and I love how it's rooted in the Soviet Three Musketeers movie that came out just a couple years prior, in 1978. Fun fact: the English detective dog was voiced by Vasily Livanov who played Sherlock Holmes in the famous 1979 film.

It isn't, really. Sure, some people (especially the youth) will have costumed parties or get togethers, but Halloween isn't a thing on a global scale.
Fall holidays in Russia are September 1 (Back to School day) - the biggest fall event, November 4 (National Unity Day) - it's a state holiday/day-off but it's fairly recent and isn't widely celebrated or understood really, November 7 (October Revolution Day) - not celebrated anymore but still in the hearts of older generations.
