The IBTA is very excited to announce the start of its second series of podcast episodes, “A Brain Tumour and Me – a journey of inspiration, personal stories and hope”. In June 2023, the International Brain Tumour Alliance (IBTA)  in collaboration with the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) organised a symposium in Vienna, Austria for patient advocates on brain metastases. Leaders of major cancer patient advocacy organisations attended from the fields of breast cancer, lung cancer, kidney cancer, melanoma and brain tumours to discuss the unmet needs of the metastatic brain tumour population.  As a result of the Vienna symposium, a global brain metastases collaborative is now established which will take forward the challenges discussed in Vienna ..read more
