META (aka Facebook) recently started to roll out a major change to its Reviews tab which could affect whether or not your property still displays the Reviews tab to page visitors. As you can see from the image below, Facebook states that tabs are available to Pages with 2,000 or more fans. As a result, if your property has fewer than 2,000 fans, your Reviews tab may not display. However, our social media team continues to find many hotel business pages with less than 2,000 fans still displaying the Reviews tab.
