Buffalo wings are the first thing requested when my friends and family are coming for a barbecue spread. This recipe will give you the option to cook them on the barbecue, however if you can get your oven temparatures and timings on point, you’re on to a winner! Tricky to say how many this recipe serves as it really depends what you serve them with. There’s approximately 5/6 wings per pack and they are meaty beasts!

Rigatoni pasta with Chicken! We love our chicken mince, it’s a delicious lean alternative to more fatty beef, pork, and lamb minces. The main question we get is which recipes is it best to use it in? Well just as red meat pairs with red sauces and red wine, white meat shines in white sauces with white wine. As a base for a sauce, think chicken stock, mascarpone, or cream.

This is a super easy spaghetti dinner, you’ll be surprised at the amount of flavour you can get from minimal ingredients. I’m going to provide a couple of optional extra ingredients and an alternative method which will ‘pep’ up this recipe and turn it from an everyday classic into a gourmet treat. The best piece of advice I can give you is to let the sauce simmer and reduce to really encourage the flavour of the meatballs to marry with the suace.

These Cajun burgers have become a personal family favourite. Rarely do we have a BBQ where these don’t make an appearance and the beauty with burgers is they’re yours to style however you please! Don’t think that these are all about hot spice and putting you in an uncomfortable sweat, hints of mild spices just make your tongue happy!

We’ve recently started stocking Jams from Three Fruity Ladies just down the road and it got me thinking… nay… daydreaming about scones! What better way to enjoy some delicious homemade jam than when it’s sandwiched between two warm.. buttery.. crumbly… crispy….. soft……… ok let’s just get to the recipe.

We know poultry pretty well, but as food lovers we can still give you a few tips when it comes to cooking a beautiful steak. Use this helpful guide to get juicy steaks cooked to your liking.
Quality
Not only does this apply to the cut of meat you’re cooking, but also to the pan you’re cooking the steak in. You’ll be using a medium/high temperature with not too much fat in the pan to start with so a good non-stick pan is needed.

Turkey mince is incredibly versatile, so having only one recipe for Turkey mince meatballs just isn’t going to cut it. Here’s two of our absolute favorites, the first being Cafe Delites lean take on garlic and pesto meatballs in a rich tomato sauce – ideal with spaghetti or served in a sub sandwich!
