I’ve never been to Japan but have wanted to visit for years. Everyone I know who went came back with tales of a beautiful country, with an inspiring culture and delicious dishes. I’ve heard of the delicate architecture of traditional temples, the energy of the streets of Tokyo, the kindness of Japanese people – and more recently, the dreamy, powdery snow in the north of the country. I did not know you could ski in Japan until I watched this short film. Ever since, it’s been anchored in my mind as a place I want to discover, preferably with my skis. After a couple of difficult years tha ..read more

Introducing Zephyr – sustainable fashion made in London

Introducing Zephyr I haven’t been on here forever, but I do have a good reason – I was working really, really hard on my newest project. As you may have seen on social media, about a month ago I launched a sustainable fashion brand, Zephyr. According to the United Nations, the fashion industry produces 10% of global carbon emissions –– that’s more than all international flights combined. Zephyr aims to challenge the status quo by exploring a new approach to fashion design and production. Every aspect of the creative process is informed and structured by sustainability and a fundamental res ..read more

Hey folks, It’s been ages since I last posted on here! I guess as more and more of us are spending increasingly less time on blogs and more time on social media, I have found less time to post on here – but I miss it and even though my blogposts might not be as regular as they used to, I still enjoy putting them together. I’ve also been spending a LOT of time working on an exciting project lately, I can’t say much yet but everything will be revealed soon and I can’t wait for you to hear about it. It’s something I’ve been working on for over a year, something that is very close to my heart and ..read more

For the first time in years, I took a little film camera with me to capture spontaneous, raw moments of my trip to Marrakech. I remember going off to camp when I was a kid, with my little camera, trying to get some cool shots of my friends and I and all our adventures. It was so much fun! I’ll admit that I was a bit naughty and got a disposable camera, which isn’t so good for the environment – but a friend of mine, and one of the coolest film photographers I know, told me it was a good option for a first dip in the magical world of film photography. So I followed her advice. And I’m quite plea ..read more

I was recently invited by one of my all time favourite brands, Chloé, to discover their new Nomade eau de toilette in the moroccan desert. It was my first time in Marrakech and I was absolutely delighted to explore the area with the #chloéGIRLS, a beautiful, inspiring tribe of free spirited women who travel the world and express themselves through art. We spent the first day in a nomad camp in the Agafay desert and got the chance to take part in a few activities, ranging from a horse training session to a gong bath meditation. The setting was absolutely breathtaking, and living the nomad life ..read more

Skin update – natural remedies for eczema

After sharing a video about my skin story last spring, I thought it was about time I wrote about it on here as well and gave you a little update. In case you haven’t seen it, in the video I talked about my experience with eczema, a mild but very annoying skin condition I’ve been living with since I was a child. It was always a bit on and off, but over the past couple of years it has been a real pain in the ass (excuse my French) and I’ve been trying very hard to get rid of it completely. I won’t go over the whole thing again, both because I don’t feel like it and because I don’t want to bore y ..read more
