Stopping by today to share a follow up to the watercolor citrus card I made recently, featuring a slightly older stamp set from Simon Says Stamp - and some pattern stamping to create a background! This used the same set, and some different images with a different color palette for a slightly different look!
I used the You Shine stamp set, and a couple different citrus images to create my background, stamping in black on watercolor paper, and turning and rotating to fill the panel. Then I smooshed a few colors of SSS Pawsitively Saturated inks on m ..read more

Good morning! Stopping by today to share a fun watercolor citrus card I made recently, featuring a slightly older stamp set from Simon Says Stamp - and some pattern stamping to create a background!
I used the You Shine stamp set, and the one large lemon image to create my background, stamping in black on watercolor paper, and turning and rotating to fill the panel. Then I smooshed a few colors of SSS Pawsitively Saturated inks on my glass mat, and used that to watercolor the images. I love the yellow and aqua together! I added some white splatters with Amersterdam Titani ..read more

Good morning! Today I'm stopping by with a couple more cards featuring a stencil set from the recent Celebrate Release from Simon Says Stamp! I created one stenciled panel, and got two similar cards out of it - I love using angles on cards!
I used the Tiled Posy layering background stencil to create a fun panel, then trimmed it in half and created two cards with the one panel. I used the pattern of the flowers to pick where to create my angled trim of the panel. Then I used the So Sorry stamp and die set to create the large part of the sentiment, and added secondary sen ..read more

Good morning! Last year we started something new at Pinkfresh called Craft Along - we just finished the April Craft Along last night, and registration is now open for the next one! What is Craft Along? Well, it's basically a mini event, that is far more affordable and flexible for those who want community, crafting, and connection, but perhaps want the flexibility to use what they already have, or purchase a smaller bundle at a discount. We include alternatives to our chosen sets to give you all the options, and some previous month's attendees even came up with other fabulous o ..read more
