Good morning! Today I'm popping in with a couple more cards using some of the recent Favorite Things Release from Simon Says Stamp. I hadn't put these cute little chickies to use, and thought they would be adorable heat embossed in white on some colored cardstock - and they did not disappoint!
For these cards, I started off with the adorable Eggstra Special stamp and die set, and heat embossed in white a bunch of images on 3 different shades of Gina K cardstock - Sunkissed Coral, Emerald Coast, and Butterscotch. I cut them out with the coordinating dies - and still had extras aft ..read more

Good morning! Today I have a card to share using a fun mix of some unused leftovers from other projects, as well as a couple new extras tucked in. I used a mix of older and newer supplies from Simon Says Stamp, and and ended up with this soft and neutral baby card!
For this card I used a few things leftover from other cards that hadn't been used! First up, the base of the card was created with Old Letter stamp set, Bundled Swag embossing folder, and Buttercream and Cocoa inks - leftover from THESE CARDS. The little Folded Banner was leftover from THIS CARD SET. The baby word die was lef ..read more

Good morning! This weekend I realized I need a couple of birthday cards for my adorable twin nephews, so I pulled out a mix of older and newer supplies from Simon Says Stamp, and made these cute puppy theme cards! I was so happy with how they turned out!
For these cards, I wanted to use the adorable new Round of Appaws set, but create birthday cards. So I pulled out a couple older birthday sentiment sets - Big Old Birthday and Best Year Yet. I started off by stamping and building my sentiments, using Artichoke ink for the large main sentiment, then stamping the additional ones in ..read more

Good morning! I'm still having fun sharing so many cards using the BRAND NEW Favorite Things Release from Simon Says Stamp from last week. Today I have a shaker card with the cutest little bunny ever!
For this card, I started off by creating the shaker element using the new Decorated Eggs die. It is one solid row of 3 eggs, so perfect for lining up and die cutting a few times to create the shaker element! I used the Bundled Swag embossing folder for the background behind the shaker, and then filled it with the new Pastel Ice embellishment mix. Added that darling Huggable Bunn ..read more

Good morning! I'm back to share yet another card using the BRAND NEW Favorite Things Release from Simon Says Stamp from last week. This one is all about a gorgeous coverplate, and a simple, neutral, and elegant color palette!
The new Springtime Celebrate plate die is such a super fun one! You get a pretty die cut background panel, and then can use the detailed die cuts for another card. But I thought it would be fun to combine them both on one card! I die cut the panel from white cardstock, then mounted it on a Cream cardbase. I then pieced back in some of the flower pieces ..read more

Good morning! I'm back to share another card using the BRAND NEW Favorite Things Release from Simon Says Stamp from last week. I have a particularly soft spot for sheep - my mom loved them, and collected them in every way possible! My mom passed away last year 6 days after her 77th birthday last year, so her first birthday in heaven is this coming Sunday. So, this card is one that I know she would have loved so much!
I used the adorable new Peeking Lamb die, and paired it with one of the new Basic Shapes Circles to create a center element. I added the scarf from Bundled Bunny die ..read more

Good morning! Earlier this week I did a YouTube live on my YouTube channel, using some supplies from Simon Says Stamp, and mostly focusing on some adorable press plates from Spellbinders that I had ordered recently and couldn't wait to break out and use. I shared how to do letterpress and hot foiling on pattern paper - and as you can see, I may have gotten carried away! I didn't end up finishing any cards in the live, but I had ALL of these panels created, and easily finished putting them together in a couple hours that afternoon. Not a bad investment of time for 10 c ..read more
