We're in the midst of updating an ASP.NET web app to run on Blazor. We want to share a cookie between the two apps for SSO purposes for our users as we will be running parts of the old Admin panel until we can get it updated. I'm struggling to figure out how I can run them both on the same domain via IIS Express through two open copies of Visual Studio so that I can debug the cookie handoff process. I'm building an application in VS2024 but am new to this IDE. Having searched for hours, I'm unable to find a satisfactory answer to these questions. The objective is to have a whole interface, which i assume is using one form instead of many. I prefer not to use an MDI style interface and would prefer a single one that is not split as an MDI model would force it to look. I find the smaller suggestions from Copilot (up to say 5 lines) often useful to save typing and that does a decent job. However, I'm finding that when starting a new method, Copilot will fill the entire page with a suggestion for my method, which is really very much not what I want it to do. Sometimes I have to keep hitting ESC as I'm typing the method signature, as the line I'm typing on is actually scrolled off the top of the screen by enormous blocks of suggested code that's never what I want. Hi, Current requirement right now is having me to update some 263 projects within a solution from 4.5 framework to 4.8 framework. Previously all of these were 4.5/4.5.2 on VS 2015 build systems. We utilize the VsDevCmd.bat that was delivered for the VS2015 to run a .batch script that builds the main solution and another solution in it. I want to do the same w/ the VS2022 VsDevCmd.bat, but im running into trouble of actually having it built. I'm using Visual Studio 2022 17.9.2, which brings new UI as preview (Experimental Control Styles). But what I'd like to know is if I install Visual Studio 17.9.6 (if I format my Windows) if I'll be able to use the new UI. If so, how do I activate, cause I tried installing the Professional version the laptop I use to work and I did't not find the option to use the new UI.
