A woman who was allegedly stabbed outside of a Sydney gym by her ex-partner has been released from hospital. The woman, who wishes to stay anonymous, was allegedly stabbed in the neck, back and ear by her former partner Anthony Monteleone, outside of a Crunch Fitness in Alexandria on Wednesday. She was taken to hospital in a stable condition after the alleged attack and was released from hospital on Friday morning.
