REAL ID required for Base Visitors after May 7, 2025

Beginning May 7, 2025, Tinker Air Force Base visitors will be required to have a REAL ID to enter the base. A REAL ID is marked by a gold star in the upper-right had corner. Base security will no longer accept state-issued identification from visitors that does not meet the new federal security standards. REAL ID is a federal security credential added to State-Issued Driver Licenses and Identification Cards that establishes a minimum security standard required for specific activities.
