Kagome and Echuca Regional Health (ERH) are hosting the Celebrating Culinary Careers event on 17 May at Morrisons Winery in Moama, New South Wales. The night will include a dinner experience featuring dishes from some of the country’s top industry names. These talents include Patissier and Presenter Adriano Zumbo; Good Chef Bad Chef‘s Adrian Richardson, Marina Bay Sands Singapore’s John Sloane, and Chef and Global Hospitality Consultant Glenn Austin. The Museum of Contemporary Art Australia has announced a new hospitality partner that will spearhead its food and beverage programs. Melbourne-based The Big Group will take over as the museum’s new functions and venue hospitality partner from mid-May. David Bae’s Kolture Group has swung open the doors to its latest venue Astro at The Streets of Barangaroo precinct in Sydney. All-day eatery Elio’s Place to open at Flinders House

Melbourne’s Flinders House is set to welcome a new culinary addition with the announcement of all-day European-inspired bistro Elio’s Place. Slated to open in July, Elio’s Place is the project of sibling-duo Adam and Elisa Mariani who are the forces behind other CBD favourites Greta and Maverick.
