U.S. existing-home sales declined for the third consecutive month, as higher mortgage rates and rising sales prices hindered market activity during what has traditionally been one of the busiest months of the year. Maui: Year to Date 2024 vs. Year to Date 2023New Listings increased 19.6 percent for Single Family homes and 46.7 percent for Condominium homes. Starting July 1, most Maui homeowners will see their property taxes remain the same or decrease, following the new rates unanimously approved by the Maui County Council.
