Hello experts!
I want to ask you about this music video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wB4fLBULvdE
They move in slow motion, however, they sing to the song int ime.
How does one make such a video? My only idea is, that when they show the video, the music was playing twice or thee times as fast, and then they shot the video.
However, the movements of their dancing looks very natural.
How has this video been shot, that is seems to be slow motino and in real time at the same?

I’ve made a 5 hour long video for my work on CapCut ( pro version ) and I tried to export it and save it on my phone device ( I also tried on windows pc) but it keeps saying that I don’t have enough storage space on my iPhone / Windows computer. So I went on to upgrade my iCloud storage space to 2 TB which is more than what CapCut says the estimate storage space my 5 hour long video would take up. Then I tried to export it again but it still says the same thing and won’t let me download it. I searched solutions on YouTube but haven’t found the answer yet. I’ll be forever grateful if anyone co ..read more

Hi all,
I have been trying to use Davinci Resolve for a new project, since I bought a new camera and am trying to take my editing game up a notch. However, I am getting nonstop crashes to the point where I cannot import media or start/open a project. I am being told this is an issue with AMD drivers, but at the same time, other people have it working with the same AMD drivers and the same GPU/CPU as I do.
Has anyone else run into this exact, specific issue before--and has any ideas what to do?

Recently I started to work as a Video Editor for a company, they use Descript, which is only free for like 5 uses, I used Whisper but it doesn't show the timestamps, it could be really useful the timestamps, I don't have the monetary resources yet to get Premiere.
So, you guys know any software or site that can transcript a video to text with timestamps?
Thanks!

Hello,
I’ve been working in video for years but generally kept it fairly meat & potatoes with the editing, or doing effects/transitions in-camera. But I’ve planned some downtime later this year to up my game a bit and I was wondering where is a good place to start learning VFX?
I don’t want any of that douchebag whippy flippy titles crap or bad looking 3D, just stuff that could add some style and edge. I work with a lot of people in music and they never have two pennies to rub together so being able to rustle something up digitally would be a help.
I use FCP for editing but Motion just lo ..read more

Sorry for my bad english,
So I was browsing on Tiktok and found this video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ojY25OKsVMc
And I was very interested in how could I recreate this SlowMo effect since the Sony Vegas SlowMotion (Holding CTRL and dragging the video file) doesnt give the same results, also how can I transition the SlowMo to Fast/Normal Motion that fluently?
Thanks!

Hi all,
Has anyone used vizzy.io that can give me some info? My partner is making a video for a mix they recorded, and we're trying to figure out how to make it so the text displays the song title at each transition. We're having difficulty figuring out how to do this on our own.
Any info or tutorials welcome!

Hi, I'm a beginner video editor and haven't edited videos since Windows Movie Maker. I have a 6-hour video, and I'm looking for tips on how to cut it quickly while keeping the original audio. My idea is to watch the video at 1.5x speed, note down interesting timestamps, and then cut, but maybe there are more efficient ways. Thanks!
