SAN FRANCISCO (April 16, 2024) – In Firearms Policy Coalition’s (FPC) Nguyen v. Bonta lawsuit, a federal district judge recently struck down the “one-gun-per-month” law. Today, FPC announced that its lawyers have filed a brief opposing the State of California’s “emergency” motion to save the “one-gun-per-month” ban during the appeal.
