The U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a Final Determination Order in its continuing effort to block illegal overseas robocalls being transmitted through a gateway voice service provider.
Adopted by the Commission, the Final Determination Order targets One Eye LLC, a Wilmington, DE-based company, for failing to comply with FCC call-blocking rules applicable to gateway providers. A Pennsylvania man has been ordered to cease operating surveillance cameras that are interfering with cellular service in his area.
