Gaining face fat

hi! so i (F, 19) recently lost a lot of weight rapidly (without strength training/eating enough protein - i know, not the best decision looking back), and ended up 2lbs underweight and my face thinned out so much, i still had flab’s of fat in my stomach, arms etc but my face thinned out a LOT and i lost a lot of the fat in my cheeks that made my face plump, round and youthful before. I since regained weight (I was 111lbs, now im 140), and I’ve gained stomach fat, but the face fat hasn’t come back yet and im getting super discouraged :( Anyone been through this? submitted by /u/Secure-Sorbet ..read more

Im 17F and fluncuate between 88-92lb at 5’1. I have zero appetite and barely getting enough meals throughout the day. Are there any high calorie snack recommendations I can try to finally gain some weight? I’ve been this weight since I was 11 and don’t have the stomach to gain weight. I work out 3x a week and that is raising my appetite but it’s just not enough. submitted by /u/0-daisy-0 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Hey Guys Im new here trying to get a bigger body and gain weight, I would appreciate if someone could help me. I have a fast metabolism which obviously makes it harder for me to gain weight. If you guys could help give tips and workouts to do I would appreciate it. I eat any type of food, I eat every meat (Except for fish, I’ve never tried it but would be willing to) and I love my Vegetables. submitted by /u/Lowsided [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Question about mass/weight gainers

I've been recommended multiple times to get mass gainers as its really hard for me to gain weight. I feel like I am unable to add enough calories just by eating food. Although I typically prefer real food, it's difficult for me to consume enough calories through regular meals alone. My main concern is whether I'll become dependent on mass gainers for meeting my calorie needs. In other words, if I use them for a while and then stop, will I still face challenges in getting enough calories or it gets easier? Hope you guys understand my point. Thanks for the replies in advance. submitted by /u/L ..read more

"I get sad when I look at you" a girl at my school. Not a single day went by without somebody saying something about my weight. At the age of 22 I had lost my job and I wanted to use the time to gain weight. I had to do something abnormal because nothing else ever worked. I cooked a big pot of pasta and said to myself I will finish that before I go to bed. I found myself using Ketshup so it went down easier. I finished it. The next 2 months I repeated that nearly every night. I also became hungrier and needed more sweets, calories. I ate many snickers as snacks. I gained 18 pounds in 2 months ..read more

Every time I go to the doctors, they always say I am super skinny and ask if I like eating. Then I tell them, yes and never give me any advice or reasons. I’ve tried eating 2800 calories for a few days but my parents say that you shouldn’t be eating all of this food. You’ll be fine! Then they say that when I get older my metabolism will slow down a lot. I wear a smartwatch and usually have a heart rate of 90 consistently even when I’m not doing anything. Even just a bit of stress shoots it up to 125. I have been trying some weight training for the last month (no results yet but too soon ..read more

Can't gain weight

I am almost 50, I am 5'2 95 lbs, underweight, and have been this way all my life. I have a high metabolism. I have been told to eat high protein foods, but in doing that you get full quickly so I don't est as much and therefore don't gain weight. I still do not know how to gain weight. The only time I really weigh more is if I have weights to use in toning which I don't have. I would like some gaining advice. I understand the frustration others feel on trying to gain weight with no results or help submitted by /u/Stillsexxy [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
