Left picture is from 2017, right picture is how it looks now. It’s unusual looking compared to any other moles I have colour wise. It used to bleed and scab 10 years ago but it went away lol

I tried searching online but I didn't find a similar thing. What could this be? It's perfectly flat and it's been there for a lot of years

I had a mole shaved off on Monday. Seems early to get results back but I’m thankful. Ive been very anxious during this whole thing. I didn’t even get a call I just checked the app this morning. What does this mean? Should I call them? Or am i okay.
