So is strongly suspect my mother has melanoma and I started searching for melanoma specialist bit wasn't able to find one specializes in melanoma. It can be due to us being from India where skin cancers are rare, that can be the reason there's no doctors who specializes in melanoma.
Is travelling overseas to different country only option ? or just oncologist ,radiologist able to treat my mother??I got on a call with dermatologist about my mother's melanoma but he seemed utterly clueless. doctors or experts please suggest me some solution.

I’ve had it for as long as I’m can remember. Used to be a darker red. Other birthmarks on my body are a light light tan, look like coffee stains.

22F UK. I have this mole on my stomach, using my thumb for size reference haha. I was supposed to get a biopsy on it YEARS ago but I was under 18 and my mum never took me to the appointment. My partner recently pointed it out to me again and I’ve booked a Drs appointment. Hoping it’s benign but i’ll let you know what comes of it, in case anyone has something similar

I have had this mole for a very long time but I’ve just noticed that it’s sore to the touch and it’s swollen up and went red, should I be worried about this? Or could it just be irritated
