From a preliminary google search it looks like there is such a thing as a permanent non surgical nose job. Is it a scam? I got a septoplasty after a broken nose ~10 years ago and the look still bothers me (c shaped, larger nostril on collapsed side). My chin has dimples and bumps from overactive mentalis muscle. I feel so disgusting that I don’t even want to post a photo.
