The Saint Louis Watercolor Society’s 24th Annual Juried Exhibtion held its Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony on April 13th at the St. Louis Public Library – Central Library in the Carnegie Gallery. The exhibition is beautiful and we had a very nice turn out for the event.
