Hojicha Syrup
Ingredients:
6 tbsp of hojicha loose leaf
1 cup of water
7 oz of cane sugar (or brown sugar)
Directions:
Pour water and cane sugar into a pot
Put the pot on high heat and continuously stir it until combined
Lower the heat once bubbles start appearing
Add hojicha loose leaf to the pot before it starts to boil
Cook it on medium heat for a minute and gently stir it (don’t stir too much)
Cover and wait for three minutes
Strain it
Pour the liquid into a mason jar and cool to room temperature before putting it in a fridge

Recently, as you know, I have been trying to be more conscious about being eco-friendly. (Both in business and personally)
It has been a while since we stopped seeing plastic bags at grocery stores in the Portland area.
I thought it would be nice to have Mr. Orange on the eco-friendly bag, so we did it. We also did a cute mug and tumbler as well!
