So I have pre approval from two lenders, and a verified pre approval with another. I’m trying to use the VA loan and I’m having a hard time obtaining a “Statement of Service”. I have a house under contract now, can I send the purchase agreement to all 3 lenders and see who is able to ensure that I’m good to go ASAP. I want to close in May. Hey everybody, I have a question as a father of my baby that’s on the way. I know I’m entitled to 12 weeks of parental leave and it can broken up however for a year after its birth. Throwaway account. I am afraid of coming to work and facing retaliation for seeking help. For the past year, a DIVO in my department has been the definition of a "Golden Skate", and accomplished that by skating all over JOs. I have been documenting every instance of that.
