I just joined, timely as I’m 65 in a few days. When I entered my late 50s, I started looking for a book on aging (a book is my answer to almost any question), I found there wasn’t really a non-medicalized book about aging. By non-medicalized, I guess I mean a simple description of how our bodies age, without rushing to focus on treatment. Although I never read it, ‘Our Bodies, Ourselves’ is what I was thinking about.
