On Thursday, April 25, 2024, this concert by the Iowa City Youth Choir will include the song “When I See Through My Eyes,” with music written by Anne Marie Kraus to complement the poetic text of her book of the same name.
While the children are singing, my illustrations for Anne Marie’s “story in verse” will appear on a screen.

Watercolor class at IN Tandem Arts & Authors (downtown Des Moines, IA). We’ll be painting street scenes with figures, working from photos (please bring) or sketches. Figures (people) add so much to a painting, so consider photos or scenes with some. They will really bring your painting to life!
