Hey everyone, I’m currently working as a web developer for a Fortune 500 with 1 1/2 years YOE. I make good money and it’s fully remote, but at the same time, I think robots are really cool. I don’t think I’d want to work on the vision system but more on the hardware itself, maybe with the firmware or motion controls.
I think my best shot is to get a masters, but conflicted on which one to get. Should I go for a robotics program or computer engineering? Also, with factors such as location, money, clubs, and internship opportunities, should I go to a local state school or a “better” school like ..read more

I am trying to use machine vision to track objects autonomously for my ROV project. But it requires some "clean feed" to recognise objects, so video only. Is there any way to get a video only feed from QGroundControl? and open a tab for just the video feed
Thank you in advance

I have a clawbot fully built from the VEX EXP kit and I would like to get started on coding the movement. I do not want to purchase the course from Vex so any free resources would be very much appreciated

I have seen the demo of a robot hand using artificial muscles to do tasks. My question is, why don't we see any company researching robots with those kinds of muscles. It seems to me like there'd be a lot more dexterity and strength if they used those muscles instead of motors and servos. But, except for that demo, I haven't seen these muscles being used anywhere
