Genuine small holiday letting businesses in England to be protected by closure of second home tax loophole
Owners of second homes in England who abuse a tax loophole by claiming their often-empty properties are holiday lets will be forced to pay under tough new measures.
The new rules, to be introduced in April 2022, were announced today in a statement from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and Michael Gove MP.

Boshers has donated its £3,750 grant from Ecclesiastical Insurance to The 2 Minute Foundation which will help them achieve their aims to see a world without plastic litter and pollution and to inspire and enable people to change the way they interact with outdoor spaces.

The Government has set out the local restriction tier system that will be in place in England from Wednesday 2 December. The guidance includes what you can and cannot do in each tier.
