I just got this new job maybe 2 weeks ago and have been in training. Things were starting to look up for me today but on the first day of training I left the zoom meeting early because I couldn’t stop sobbing and then yesterday I got the schedule mixed up and thought I was supposed to be online but I actually was meant to be in person. Now this morning I go into the office and they send me on my way, have me call my boss and she tells me they have to terminate my employment. I’m only 19, but the pressure is unreal. I feel so hopeless. Only one thing can make me feel better and I just don’t kn ..read more

Hi guys, as a former student I get this coupon from time to time, to share with people who need help with quitting death sticks. I've got this discount coupon for the Udemy course, and since there are not many people around me who smoke. They said it is available for a limited time so be sure to use it quickly https://www.udemy.com/course/crush-the-grip-of-nicotine-and-break-the-chains-of-addiction/?couponCode=QUITSMOKINGT00LS-23 submitted by /u/Disastrous-Variety96 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Day 9

Good morning!! I’m just wrapping up my 9th day of being nicotine free and it feels REALLY good! Day 6 and 7 were pretty hard. Lots of cravings, lots of tears, but I persevered and Day 8 and 9 were sooooooo easy! I expect to have good days and bad, but the bad days really aren’t that bad in the whole grand scheme of things. If you’re thinking about quitting…you CAN do it!! Have a great day!! submitted by /u/Realitytvjunkie66 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Quitting smoking was the best decision of my life

Hey everyone! The summer of last year I decided that I wouldn't smoke anymore. There wasn't really any cataclysm, no epiphany or anything it was just a "huh maybe I shouldn't buy new tobacco". For like 13 years I had never seen a reason to stop and to be honest I also didn't really see a reason then. At first I didn't tell anyone, though my partner noticed a few days in and he was supportive. I also didn't really have a plan...I just didn't buy or consume cigarettes anymore. Whenever I had the urge to smoke I went onto the balcony or outside the building and just took some time for myself as ..read more

If you want to do something in life you can do it, folks. One of the biggest things that has kept me from picking up another cigarette is realizing that almost everyone who smokes desires to quit. Thanks for all the support over the past year. Now I will quit smoking weed. submitted by /u/RAVENXMYAGI666 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Sorry If this sounds the same as my other posts but it helps to get it out there. It’s been 7 months since I quit and I hate the way I feel. I’m 25 starting dipping senior year of high school, vaped for a year in college then switched to Zyn pouches and never wanted a vape again completely done. I’ve been on the pouches for 4 years about 36mg of nicotine a day everyday sometimes more but rarely once every two weeks ish but never less. Never had a bad experience with nicotine liked it from the very first time to the very last, except vaping that made me feel horrible. Never any health issues I ..read more

Hey guys! Somehow after vaping for just a year I’m having a crazy hard time quitting. My state banned disposable vapes. I vape to help my anxiety and depression and every time I stop my mental health gets really bad again, I’m just sad and scared all the time. (Yes I’ve been in therapy but to no avail). What do you guys do to cope with this? I want to be happy and healthy. Is there something dopamine boosting I can do instead that is healthy? submitted by /u/iammine02 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Interesting Cigarette-quitting startup idea... Hmm

Hey everyone, I'm new here. I'm a college senior with 5 years of smoking (yeah IK, I started at like 16), and I've recently come up with a quitting idea that I thought I could consult with you guys. The idea is to ship the user cigarettes at decreasing concentrations, gradually replacing the tobacco with smokable herbs at 10% increments. The program could be from one month(hard) to four months(easier) long, depending on how the user assesses their self-control ability. Lets say our user wants a three month treatment, they would receive a package every month with gifts, snacks, letters from fa ..read more
