Last weekend I had the pleasure of heading to Byron Bay for Australia’s answer to Coachella, Splendour in the Grass. You all know I’m a sucker for a winter weekend getaway, but isn’t everyone at this time of year? A couple of weeks ago we packed up the car (with Pretzel the puppy in tow of course) and made our way down to the beautiful Red Hill countryside.
