1 cup almond meal
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt

1/2 cup cashew butter
100 grams dark chocolate, melted
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil, liquid
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Place the base ingredients into your processor and blend until the

Choc Chip Banana Bars
flesh of 1 ripe banana (100 grams)
10 medjool dates, seeds removed
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups desiccated coconut
1 cup almonds
50 grams dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 180℃ or 350℉. Grease and line a square 20cm baking tin
with baking paper.
Place the ingredients into your processor and blend until the mixture is broken
down, well combined and sticking together. Press the mixture firmly into your

FODMAP Friendly Choc Chip Nut Bars
1 cup brazil nuts
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup macadamias
1/2 cup walnuts
4 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
50 grams dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 180℃ or 350℉. Grease and line a 20cm cake tin with
baking paper.
Place the ingredients into your processor and blend until the mixture is broken
down and sticking together. Pour the mixture into your prepared tin. Use your

2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 cups desiccated coconut
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raisins
50 grams dark chocolate, finely chopped
Preheat your oven to 180°C or 350°F.
Grease and line a 20cm tin with baking paper.
Place the dates, tahini, coconut cream, vanilla and salt into your processor and

1 tablespoon coconut oil, soft
100 grams dark chocolate, roughly broken
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 180℃ or 350℉. Grease and line a square 20cm tin with
