I’ve been making a squared handmade mug for over 20 years.  Here’s some of the many decorative variations of this versatile form.   I recently read a New York Times article about the popularity of Handmade Mugs as objects of self-identity, and about the excitement generated by the  mug “lines” of a few New York potters. I experimented with recipes from the internet and have provided some links for others to try. This one is a Sweet Potato taco bowl It seems that so many buddha bowls start with roasted sweet potatoes.
