Here's a carrot pasta sauce that'll fool you into thinking you are having mac n cheese! Silky smooth, creamy and luscious but without any cheese. Such a delicious way to add veggies to kid friendly meals.
Hey luscious, creamy, awesomeness! I've been making a carrot pasta sauce for years. Not because its a way to sneak vegetables into the kids' food (which it is!) but also because it's delicious. Like truly tasty!

These Vegetable Pancakes have a total of 4 cup of veggies. They are super crunchy outside and their dippable power is high, which makes it a true kid friendly recipe in my books! It's a lunch box winner!
These Veggie Pancakes are inspired by the Korean Vegetable pancake or Yachaejeon which my kids love when we hit the Korean restaurants. But they are made with healthier flours - rice flour and gram flour (besan) and a ton of veggies! This also makes these gluten free vegetable pancakes in case your kids or you have a gluten allergy.
Why it's Kid Friendly?

Paneer kalimirch is perfect for the days when strong paneer cravings strike, but the usual suspects like paneer butter masala, shahi paneer or lababdar can sometimes feel a bit monotonous. This paneer curry features a luxurious white gravy that’s silky smooth and creamy, but doesn’t use a bucketful of cream. Instead ..read more

These naan bombs are everything you’d want a snack to be! Imagine pulling apart a wood-fired naan dough ball that’s stuffed with an achari paneer filling and brushed with some garlic chili butter. It doesn’t get better than that!
Some of my favorite recipes are the ones that are the result of several brainstorms and testing stages. The recipes with names you’d never heard of before (I mean, what is a naan bomb anyway!?)! I love when I can just be creative in the kitchen, and that’s how these Achari Paneer Naan Bombs were born.

This ragi soup is my ultimate comfort meal when I’m feeling unwell. It quite literally nurses me back to health because of how nutritious and immunity-boosting it is – not to mention, delicious!
I don’t know what it is but I have gotten down with the flu way too many times this year. And every time that I begin to feel under the weather all I want to eat is something warm, comforting, and simple. It was on one of those days that this ragi soup idea was born.
I love a bowl of ragi malt for breakfast so it only made sense to try out a savoury preparation with that similar consistency. I add veg ..read more
