I recently got extensions and all my stylists said was not to use sulfates, so I went and bought a bunch of sulfate free products but now I am reading the labels and seeing various alcohols high on the list. Redkin All Soft used to be one of my favs but theres literally Isopropyl Alcohol in it. Please give me recommendations! I’m two weeks into wearing my $1300 extensions and they already feel so dry. submitted by /u/binxy02 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

My hair is naturally frizzy. Any recommendations on a good product to use to naturally dry curly/wavy that tames the frizz? I’ve always had to use hot tools to make it look good. Thank you ♥️ submitted by /u/thevioletowl [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Trying to get my fine curly hair to have some bounce.

I always buy the products my barber uses when I go get my hair done. With an exception to a few store bought products but I can never get it to be as bouncy and soft as when I leave my barber. (1st image is after the salon and 2nd is when I do it myself). Current routine: Hask biotin voluminzing shampoo and conditioner during shower(store bought items) After shower: Towel dry lightly then apply paul mitchel sculpting foam mousse (from barber), I then style as needed with no additional products added in, and blow dry in the direction I want my hair to go. I tried to use volumizing cream (from ..read more

I have medium thick hair and it’s wavy and I use heat on it nearly everyday and wash my hair 2 times a week. Any recommendations on good oils, or shampoo and conditioners that can help strengthen my hair or any products that can help strengthen or help with heat protectant. I heard Mielle is good, but I’ve also heard mixed reviews! Any help would be awesome. submitted by /u/Bestdressfearless3 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

My hair is naturally ugly

Since I was a kid people think I bleach and use heat in my hair cause of how it looks but I don’t. I do dye my hair now but my hair looks the same than always, dry and dead but when you touch it is soft, specially now that I’ve started to take care more of it. The problem is that it keeps looking ugly and damaged :( once I got an undercut just to see if it would grow prettier but it didn’t lol It’s straight in the top but underneath is frizzy, coarse and with random curly strands. How can I make it look better? :( I use bond repairing products to repair any hair damage caused by the dye. I al ..read more
