I got my first tattoo (fine line work of butterflies) 5 days ago next to my ankle. The tattoo artist placed a layer of second skin on it and gave some extra ones to use. I realised that the second skin struggled to stay on with the amount of movement my foot does, so I finished all the second skins I had by the 3rd day.
Yesterday, I simply left it open, took a shower, applied some oil, and put on my socks. When I came to take off my socks, I saw that the tattoo was still oozing some plasma and stuck to my sock. It was not too stuck, so I gently pulled it off. Eventually, I did my research and ..read more

Got my first tattoo done by Sara Aller, of Ink Corpore studio in who guested at Black Bear Ink in Utrecht the Netherlands. I absolutely love her style, and wanted a snake half sleeve for so long already that I finally did it when I saw she was coming to the Netherlands as a birthday present for myself. This was after the first session, she'll be back in July and then we'll try to finish with the shading. I've named the snake Herbert, and he'll just remain black/grey.
