To make this breakfast sandwich you will need: An english muffin 1 egg 1 tbsp Spicy Tomato Jam 1/8 cup grated cheese (of your choice) fresh arugula Start by frying your egg in a non stick pan over medium heat. Over easy would be our suggestion, but this too can be left to your personal choice. Toast your english muffin, place as much arugula as you would like as the base layer.
