So I'm 8 months out from meniscus repair surgery, I'm currently lifting my bodyweight at 80kg plus the bar. So I think 96kg or 211 lbs. I was lifting 126kg (277lbs) prior to my operation and want to build back up. I feel like I'm doing a mix between a deadlift and a squat. I am aware that I should be doing more of a deadlift though.
