I spent last weekend in lovely Baton Rouge, Louisiana for the USA Masters Weightlifting national championship. Lifting in the M40-44 age group 89kg weight class. Had a nice day adding 13kgs to my total from the Texas state championship in January and finally getting back closer to old numbers.
