Hi everyone, I am a SMB owner (company about 43 people) and currently we do 6 month goal planning meetings for everyone after their first year of employment. So it starts first anniversary and every 6 months after that. I was personally handling all of the senior people and someone else handling the more entry level and lower level team members.
