I’ll start this review with the thing about this truck that most impressed me, the gas mileage. I had this truck for a week, I drove 1,100 miles and averaged 41.5 miles per gallon. Those 1,100 miles are about 600 miles of highway driving and about 500 miles low speed driving in cities, towns and ..read more

Setting up a truck for various outdoor activities has been way more difficult than I thought. The difficulty being in making the decisions on what accessories fit various outdoor tasks without negatively impacting others. For myriad reasons, 2020 has been a perfect storm of uncertainty, unease, worry, and introspection. In the end, the greatest gun salesman of all time hasn’t been a president, or a legislative body. I recently bought a truck and knew I needed a way too keep stuff in the bed protected. I love fiberglass toppers for their security and space but it really limits bed function. Tonneau covers allow for better access but something like a dog kennel or a pile of camping gear would end up being ..read more
