This is the perfect mani for a pool party. It's fun, bright, and has a 3D effect that looks just like water. Sometimes inspiration strikes and you just gotta go with it. Mermaids are Made to be Mystical. I was gifted the new collection by Artistic Nail Design, and I knew the first design had to be mermaid themed.
