I've observed the same with traditional Chinese medicine, Siddha, vastu shastra, some east Asian medicine, feng shui, and yoga. Some don't seem new age but don't seem authentic and don't seem traditional.

I am pretty sure I have RSV rn and was looking for some recommendations for Ayurvedic remedies that can be supportive with recovery.
I am currently drinking hot tea with cinnamon bark, drinking lots of water, having soup/bone broth.
Going to pick up some eucalyptus tea. Is there anything else aside from rest???? ?

As the title suggests, I have lost my sense of taste & smell. I’ve never had covid and in 48 years old. How do I get it back ?

I am looking to pursue an Ayurveda Wellness Practitioner or a Diet/wellness coach type certification in India. There's tonnes of Institutes that come up when I google stuff. Can someone help me find a good, credible institute where I can study it. Something affordable as well. Preferably for a year or under a year
