The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), enacted in 1969 and signed into law on January 1, 1970, is a US environmental law that requires federal agencies to assess the environmental impacts of their proposed actions and decisions. I'm sure everyone has heard about the lady that went to new Zealand and picked up a baby wombat separating it from its mother. Everybody seems to be extremely upset about it which is understandable. First I want to start by saying I'm from Wyoming and am extremely passionate about wildlife preservation and do my best to stay away from wild animals aside from hunting and fishing.
