4 days on mountain 2024 line blends
I sent in warranty claim but am weary of line not being able to stand behind their products
If line rejects the warranty claim could this be fixed with epoxy? Hopefully caught this early enough
I also have been avoiding park because of durability issues

Hi,
Decades long snowboarder coming to ski.
I only have about 5 days under my belt.
I ski mostly in mammoth but other state/country is not out of the question.
I currently side brake and go down blue lanes comfortably; I haven’t had experience with moguls or trees yet but I want to turn well.
I am 5’11. 165lb male. I just want ONE pairs of skis and I been reading quite a bit here, I understand there is no best, everything is compromise. How are these for me?

I consider myself a decent skier, but then my buddy films me and my form looks like dog shit, when I ski powder, I keep a little more weight on my heels but always try to keep shin pressure, is the answer just “lean forward lol”

Hello, I'm making some plans before I settle down for a few years for school and I want to try to work at a ski resort this year. I already have a rough idea of when I need to apply, but I was wondering if anyone knows around when winter jobs start. My lease expires in the middle of October which, from what I gather, is just before resorts start opening. Anyone have some insight? Thanks!

Hey Everyone,
I'm curious about DIN settings and the variation between what DIN people ride at vs. what their bindings are rated for. I'd like to investigate why so many bindings are rated to 14-16 while very few skiers need a value above 10.
I would love to get a baseline estimate of the average difference between the actual din setting and what the binding is rated for.
I have linked a Google form and I would greatly appreciate it if you all could take 30 seconds to fill it out.
I am happy to share the results with anyone else who is curious about this as well. Also please comment any opini ..read more

Just about everywhere I’ve looked has said that you should fly into Grenoble, followed by Lyon and I think Geneva is next. (Sometimes Chambery is listed before LYS)
But Grenoble has either 1 or 0 commercial carriers for 80% of the year and when I look at a map, it looks like Nice is a far better options than all of these.
Does anyone have an experience or insight into why Nice (NCE) never makes the cut?

Hi! I'm planning a trip for my wife and I to the Austrian Alps for our 20th and I'm having trouble finding information on how much ski packages (hotel + pass) are for Ischgl. Does anybody have any experience with this? I assume it's because I'm too far in advance, but maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
