One family in Mongolia was facing another winter in a drafty old home. But now they have a new home and a new stove to keep them warm!  Winter in Mongolia is brutally cold with icy winds that come off the Siberian Plain and nighttime temperatures that frequently drop to -40 degrees. A team of social workers and Holt staff are visiting the Philippines in February 2024 to conduct their second assessment visit as part of Holt’s Special Needs Project (SNP). Children in Uganda suffered through cold, rainy nights. But then Holt sponsors and donors gave them blankets!  A little girl in Uganda holds the blanket her sponsor sent her.
