I'm 62. In the past I have tried different diets for mental and physical health, including strict AIP for 60 days, being vegan, and various other elimination diets (including cutting out gluten for periods of time). So very new to gluten free here! At least at my house it’s only part time but my daughter (who has her own apartment) has been having some severe stomach and skin issues for a while now and just 2 days after her switching to totally gluten free she started seeing a huge difference! I was diagnosed about 10 years ago via positive blood test and started a strict gluten free diet on my doctors recommendation. Several months later I was able to get in with a GI doctor who did an endoscopy but, as expected, it was negative because I had spent months gluten free. I’ve kept up a gluten free diet ever since and my symptoms have generally been good, apart from a few times where I believe my food was cross contaminated and I had an awful reaction. If you’re GF/DF I highly recommend. The cheesy flavor could be a little stronger, but the crunch of these is perfect, they’re a good size, and they’re super tasty. New favorite for me.
