Caramel Eclairs (DF), Cream Puffs (Dairy), Boston Cream Puffs (also know as profiteroles), and Cheese Cake. You guys loved the cookie dough, so we will be restocking! Chocolate Chip Walnut, Vegan Chocolate Chip with Coconut and Orange Zest, Peanut Butter, and Lemon Olive Oil are the four types we will have. We recommend you cross-hatch the peanut better and sprinkle with sea salt before baking. If you want to duplicate our lemon cookies exactly, mix lemon juice with powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Heat a small amount in the microwave until hot and then drizzle. Heating the glaze makes it harden fast so you can stack or pack the cookies. The glaze will last for a month or more in the fridge. Where Are We? In so many ways, we are entering brand new territory in how we as a society function. Increasingly, every sector of society is short staffed, which makes those of us needing products and services mad, scared, baffled or feeling hopeless. Health-wise I’ve found it impossible to get timely appointments with specialist, even with my doctor calling (daily) and saying it is urgent. Happy New Year, everyone. Hope everyone is feeling rested and recharged after the holiday season. Reopening with some Menu changes Reopen, Weds, Jan 11th. Pot Pies (small and medium) have been added to the menu! We will have them until approximately May (depends on the weather.) We’ve added Slim Mint cookies and gone back to the Round Ginger cookies with candied ginger. We’ve eliminated several items. Pumpkin Bundtlettes, ALL Pastry (except one Saturday a month), carrot cake (we will bring it back in the Spring). Bagels and Donuts this week! I don’t know what I was thinking, bagels all week and two days of donuts, but ENJOY! We won’t have bagels OR Donuts again until February, due to our EARLY January Break!  We may have to cut off bagel orders on Saturday to have time to do bagels and donuts, so if you can pick up bagels Weds-Friday, we’d appreciate your preorders then, rather than Saturday. This year, everyone seems in the travel mood, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have your favorite Violette Baker’s Thanksgiving food.
