  Hi everyone. We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am thankful to all of you for your comforting words and prayers for Elvira. I am truly blessed to have gotten to be her mom. She was a sweet and gentle soul. I am also thankful I got this adorable photo of her. A lot of photos I take end up with laser eyes, so I am glad her beautiful eyes are visible here.   Hi everyone. We are joining Comedy Plus’ Awww….Mondays and today is Y day for The A-Z Blogging Challenge. Rosie is posing with the book I just finished reading. Ghost Town Living : Mining for Purpose and Chasing Dreams at the Edge of Death Valley by Brent Underwood is really interesting. The author bought a Ghost Town and it trying to revive it, but nature provides many harsh lessons. It is a great combination of a memoir and history of mining in that area of the US. Hi everyone! Today is a special day, it has been two years since Elvira and Friday arrived after their 3,000 mile cross country road trip. I am thankful I got to be their mom after their daddy, fellow blogger, Kiril, passed away. I know I don’t have much time left with Elvira as her mammary tumors keep growing. She is still acting normal and we are keeping her on pain meds and antibiotics. I always seem to catch Elvira with her lasers on. and Friday is giving a raspberry, not to any of you, it is to Rosie for telling you all that she made Rosie’s paw bleed.   Hi everyone! What a rough week I have had. I had to fire Friday as my girl Friday because she made my little paw bleed. She is nice to me most of the time and then she bees mean to me. Last Thursday was a long, long day with the girls here all day. I did a lot of hiding. When they took their lunch break from the clinic, I guarded the patients for them though.
