A councilor of British Columbia‘s Vernon city is preparing to present a motion that will address residents who live in recreational vehicles on its streets, a report said. Coun. Brian Quiring said the bylaws concerning the parking of RVs might need to be amended because certain vehicles are parked with their bump-outs extended, causing traffic to be blocked. “That needs to be reviewed,” the council member told members at the September 27 council meeting.
