At the end of lockdown, I was approached by filmmaker Chiara Brambilla about making a film about the healing power of nature. Always keen to share my story and demonstrate that chronic illness need not define a person, I felt humbled to be given such an opportunity to share my love of the great outdoors and immediately agreed.
